Default Bill Date Effective Date Systype The default bill date options come from the Functional Calendar Event Type systype category. Select the Functional Calendar Event Type that was set up as the default bill date.
Default view for Payments on Transaction History Effective Date Systype Transaction History of Revenue Objects default view can be set to initially show receipt/tender information (payment detail) or allocation information (payment allocations).

Set the desired initial view for the Transaction History of Revenue Objects.

Default is receipt/tender information (payment detail).

Display message for delinquent parent parcels Effective Date Boolean This setting determines if a delinquent message is displayed on the child parcel(s) when the parent parcel has a balance due. Set to True to display the message.
Force most recent tax bill for tax statements Effective Date Systype Force printing of the current year's tax bill for the tax statement

When set to true, current year tax statement selection is forced if on the Tax Detail screen a bill from a previous year is selected and Tax Statement is selected as the report type. The bill number dropdown is then disabled and the current year bill is automatically selected. Also, Tax Statement is not an available report type on the Bill Information or Delinquent Information screens.

When set to false, all bill types are available on the Tax Detail, Bill Information, and Delinquent Information screens if they are set up in Billing to be associated with the Info Center and Delinquent modules.

Full description in Values/Exemptions Effective Date Boolean Defines whether to display the default short description or a long description in the Values panel on the Info Center Appraisal Screen. Set to True to display the full value description; set to False to display the short description.
Include Advance/Surplus in Total Due amounts Effective Date Boolean When selected the advance and surplus amounts are included in the total due. When not selected, those amounts are excluded from the total due amount. Set to True if you want the advance and surplus amounts included in the total due. Default is True.
Include Unrounded/Rounded amounts TDC Summary Effective Date Determines whether to display the Unrounded Tax Amount and Rounded Amounts columns in the Charge Summary panel on the Tax Information screen in Info Center. False is the default. Set to true to display the Unrounded Tax Amount and Rounded Amount columns in the Charge Summary Panel on the Tax Information screen in Info Center.
ProVal Image file path Effective Date String This is the base path for the ProVal Plus images to be displayed on the Appraisal Information page (usually \\webserver\ProvalImages\). Enter the ProVal image path.
Show appraisal info modifiers as of latest bill Effect Date Boolean Kenai, Alaska. Displays modifiers on the Info Center Appraisal Information screen by the last billed year if set to true. Otherwise the Assessment Administration functional calendar tax year date set via Configuration > Localization > Functional Calendars. False is the default. Set as applicable to your jurisdiction.
Show sketch files Effective Date Boolean To load sketches for display on Appraisal Information screen. If false, the sketches will not be loaded. Set to False only if you do not want to load sketches when accessing the Appraisal Information screen. Default is True.
Show the estimated redemption amount grid Effective Date Boolean This setting determines if the 'Estimate Minimum Redemption' panel displays in Information Center's Tax Information screen. Set to True to display the panel in Information center. The panels displays Face Amount, Minimum Tax Sale Interest, Tax Sale Fees, and Total Redemption Amount. This panel only displays when the effective date entered is between the delinquent date and the tax sale date for the tax bill selected.
Tax Detail AIN substring length Effective Date Integer

Determines the AIN substring length for the tax bill on the Info Center Tax Bill Viewer screen. When set, the substring value can optionally be used in ExternaLinks (sidebar > Additional Information 

 > External Links) in context sensitivity to the particular tax bill being viewed to pull the Assessor Map Book values, based on AIN/PIN number, into defined URLs.

The default is zero. Set the AIN substring length as applicable for your jurisdiction. See the Tax Detail PIN substring length application setting also. These two application settings values should be the first X number of characters in the PIN or AIN that you want passed to the URL where the Assessor Map Books are located. For example, if the AIN is the first 4 positions, and the PIN is the first 5 positions, then 4 is the value to enter for the AIN and 5 is the value to enter for the PIN . When selecting Attachments from the sidebar, the External Links portion of the Additional Information popup, the AIN and PIN you define for these two application settings are shown as Custom AIN and Custom PIN external links. You can then click Edit Link to edit the link.
Tax Detail PIN substring length Effective Date Integer

Use cadastre for owner of record Tax Year Boolean

If false, owner of record is as of the Effective Date. This displays on Tax Information in the Bill Detail panel.

 IMPORTANT: If no data is displayed on the Tax Information screen,set this to True to display the owner of record from the cadastre for the tax year selected on the screen.

Set to False only if you want the owner of record in Info Center to be the owner as of the Effective Date. Default value is True.
